First-time visitors to the Fairways Inn of Naples may have a few questions about our charming Florida oasis. Find the answers to some FAQ’s below. If you need more information, please contact us.

 

Do the rooms come with hairdryers?

Yes

Is the pool heated?

Yes, we heat the pool during the winter months for enjoyable swimming year-round. During the rest of the year, the pool is not heated.

Do you offer Wi-Fi?

Free Wi-Fi is available everywhere on the property at no additional charge.

Is breakfast included?

A complimentary continental breakfast is served daily in the garden pavilion from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. We serve a variety of grab and go items to help you start your day. Breakfast includes fresh fruit, bagels, granola bars, yogurt, pastries, coffee, tea and juice.

How far is the beach?

The Delanor Wiggins State Park, a preserved beach, just three miles down the road (about five minutes by car).

Do you have restaurants within walking distance?

Yes. Both GreenTree Shopping Center and Pipers Pointe Plaza are just minutes away with a variety of restaurants.

What are the office hours?

Our office hours are 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily. Assistance is available for after-hours emergencies by dialing 0 from your room or ext. 0 from the lobby phone. The after-hours phone extension may be used for a lock-out situation, an emergency, or a problem with the room.

Do you offer late check-in?

Yes. Guests with reservations arriving after-hours may dial 0 on the outside lobby phone to contact a staff member who will help you find your key and locate your room. Inside the room the staff will leave you a welcome brochure with all the details of the property, including your WIFI passcode.

If you provided a contact number or email at the time of booking your reservation, we will contact you before we close our office and give you with all the needed instructions.

If you arrive after-hours without a reservation, we accept walk in reservation until 11pm. Dial 0 from the outside lobby phone to speak with the on call staff member.

What are your booking policies for third-party reservation companies, such as Priceline, Booking.com, etc.?

Any changes to a third-party booking must be made with the third party you booked with. These sites are a great resource for availability, rates and guest reviews but we always recommend contacting us directly so we can answer all your questions and help you reserve the perfect room for your needs. We will even match online rates in office for you. The cancellation policy requires 48 hour notice on all reservations and reservations booked on a third-party site must be cancelled by the guest through the third party. If a reservation is cancelled without 48 hour notice the penalty is one night's room and tax.

Do you allow smoking?

Our rooms are non-smoking, however, smoking is permitted outside of the rooms is designated areas.

Is the hotel wheelchair accessible?

Yes. Guests requiring accessible rooms must call the hotel directly to book.
