Do the rooms come with hairdryers?


Is the pool heated?

Yes, we heat the pool during the winter months for enjoyable swimming year-round. During the rest of the year, the pool is not heated.

Do you offer Wi-Fi?

Free Wi-Fi is available everywhere on the property at no additional charge.

Is breakfast included?

A complimentary continental breakfast is served daily in the garden pavilion from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. We serve coffee, tea, milk and juice, as well as cereal, sweet Danish, mini muffins, mini cinnamon rolls, bagels with cream cheese, hard-boiled eggs and fruit.

How far is the beach?

The Delanor Wiggins State Park, a preserved beach, just three miles down the road (about five minutes by car).

Do you have restaurants within walking distance?

Yes. Both GreenTree Shopping Center and Pipers Pointe Plaza are just minutes away with a variety of restaurants.

What are the office hours?

Our office hours are 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily. Assistance is available for after-hours emergencies by dialling 0 from your room or ext. 149 from the lobby phone. The after-hours phone extension may be used for a lock-out situation, an emergency, or a problem with the room.

Do you offer late check-in?

Yes. Guests with reservations arriving after-hours may dial ext. 149 on the lobby phone to contact a staff member who will help you find your key and locate your room, which will have a welcome information package and some homemade chocolate chip cookies.

If you provided a contact number when you made your reservation, we will contact you before we close up and provide you with all these instructions.

If you arrive after-hours without a reservation, dial ext. 149 on our lobby phone and we will come to the office and check you in.

What are your booking policies for third-party reservation companies, such as Priceline,, etc.?

Any changes to a third-party booking must be made with the third party you booked with. We match any of our online prices in the office. Our cancellation policy requires 72 hour notice during the high season (Dec. 21 to April 15) and 24 hour notice in the off-season (April 16 to Dec. 20).

Do you allow smoking?

Our rooms are non-smoking, however, smoking is permitted outside of the rooms is designated areas.

Is the hotel wheelchair accessible?

Yes. Guests requiring accessible rooms must call the hotel directly to book.
